Emma Wallace is an arts administrator and scheduling pro who thrives at the intersection of people, events, and art. Powered by coffee and calendars, when she's not at OAC she's organizing community events, exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, or continuing her search for the best gluten-free food in Portland.

Jen Dale

Executive Director

Jen Dale is a Canadian-born arts administrator, painter, curator, and gallerist. She holds a Master’s Degree in Art History and a Curatorial Diploma from York University and has worked extensively with arts nonprofits in Portland, focusing on nonprofit development, administration, and curatorial projects.

Registrar & Marketing Manager

Julian Blank is a Portland State University alum and fourth-generation photographer who serves as the Registrar and Marketing Manager, bringing over a decade of arts nonprofit experience to the team. Drawing inspiration from his Oregon roots, he blends creative storytelling with technical expertise to manage and build functional digital spaces that help the organization and its artists shine.
