Emma Wallace is an arts administrator and scheduling pro who thrives at the intersection of people, events, and art. Powered by coffee and calendars, when she's not at OAC she's organizing community events, exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, or continuing her search for the best gluten-free food in Portland.

Co-Executive Director, Operations

Julian is a Portland State University alum, fourth-generation photographer, and Co-Executive Director of Operations, bringing over a decade of arts nonprofit experience to the team. Drawing inspiration from his Oregon roots, he blends creative storytelling with technical systems expertise—from building the organization’s web presence to modernizing its in-office tech stack. Currently, Julian is leading the overhaul of the organization's core infrastructure, including the selection and implementation of new CRM, registration, and gallery management systems to maximize operational efficiency and help OAC's artists shine.
